At Techwarezen, we are committed to providing top-quality IT services, including but not limited to digital marketing, software development, and related solutions. We believe in transparent communication and setting clear expectations with our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a client may seek to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations.
1. Scope of Services Covered
This policy applies to the following services provided by Techwarezen:
- Digital Marketing Services
- Software Development Services
- Website and App Development
- API Integrations
- Maintenance and Support Packages
- Any other IT services provided under a written agreement
2. Cancellations
2.1 Service Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel ongoing services under the following conditions:
- Digital Marketing Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Software Development Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days after signing the contract or receiving the first deliverable (whichever is earlier).
- Support and Maintenance Packages: These services are cancellable anytime with a written 30-day notice.
2.2 Service Cancellation by Techwarezen
Techwarezen reserves the right to terminate any service agreement if:
- The client breaches any terms of the service agreement.
- The client fails to make timely payments.
- The client engages in unethical or illegal activities.
In such cases, any outstanding payments for work already completed will be due, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Marketing Services
Due to the customized nature of digital marketing services (including SEO, PPC, content creation, etc.), refunds will not be provided once the campaign or service has begun. However, in cases of a client-requested cancellation before the start of the campaign, a full refund of any advance payment may be issued. Refund will be credited within 5-7 days to original payment method
3.2 Software Development Services
Refunds will be considered only if:
- The project has not been initiated.
- There is a failure to deliver according to agreed project milestones, despite corrective actions.
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the contract signing or the first deliverable.
Partial refunds may be offered based on the amount of work completed and documented.
3.3 No Refunds for Completed Projects
Once a project is marked as completed and delivered, no refunds will be entertained. Any issues arising after delivery will be covered under maintenance or support agreements if applicable.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
Certain payments are non-refundable:
- Upfront payments for consultations: Any fees paid for initial consultations, assessments, or discovery sessions are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs: Fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., hosting services, APIs, advertising platforms) are non-refundable, as Techwarezen cannot recover these costs.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes related to cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. Should the dispute persist, it will be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
6. Changes to the Policy
Techwarezen reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect.
